Although this country has many strong points, it besides has a history that is quite bloody, the Vietnam War. Vietnam was under the control of France from 1859 until they th warted France in World War II. The French governance had befog their power and Vietnam finally gained back in that location independence. But, the French judicature would not give up there power without a fight. They still wanted control over Vietnam. The only style they could get the land back was to fight for it. This fight came almost in the Battle of Dien Bie n Phu. This battle was fought between France and Vietnam. Dien Bien Phu was the name of the city that the battle was fought in; therefore, you get the name of the battle. The Vietnamese clear an attack on the French with a force of over 40,000 men. This attack proved strong enough, defeating the French and the Vietnamese volume finally had their land back.
